This year the compensations during the cold period of the year will constitutes 130 lei per month, for families with the right for social help, employees in the budget sector with small revenue, along with the retired people. According to the Minister of Labor, Social protection and Family, Valentina Buliga, Moldovan citizens who are abroad and the ones which are living in elderly house. On March 5th 2010,the government adopted the Regulation regarding the way of establishing the pay method for the compensation pays, according to the Law nr. 15-XVIII on February 26th 2010.
