Alliance for European Integration will give up referendum for new Republic of Moldova Constitution, on the condition that European experts give negative advice, declared premier Vlad Filat, during his visit to Balti town, writes DECA-press. 'Constitution modification process through referendum will comprise several stages, one of which will be European experts' advice. If their advice will be a negative one, we are ready to give up referendum', explained Filat. According to premier, Constitution modification ought not create tension, as its final goal is to strenghten the country.
